Online registration is a TWO-STEP process. You must complete BOTH STEPS to successfully register. Step 1 -- Complete the form below. After filling in all of the info (step 1a and step 1b), click SEND. Step 2 -- After you click SEND, you'll go to a page that includes payment instructions. Click the appropriate "Add to Cart" button(s). Once in the shopping cart, select the items you are purchasing (e.g., sponsorship, number of player registrations). Check out by entering credit card info or using a PayPal account.
Several sponsorship opportunities are available. If you'd like to be a tournament sponsor, please select the appropriate level and enter your information below (the way you'd like it to appear on printed materials). The Crusader Club welcomes gift-in-kind donations.
