Kindergarten Friends
Our kindergarten students partner with a kindergarteners at a school in Danville, New Hampshire on thematic units throughout the year, including introducing the schools to each other via videoconference, comparing Texas animals to New Hampshire animals and sharing writing. The kindergarten teachers from both schools send student projects to each other and connect their students throughout the year. These interactions help the kindergarteners build friendships and learn about each other's schools and communities.
