NEED A LITTLE SUNSHINE?

Do you know someone in our St. John's community that needs help celebrating or our support? Let the Sunshine Committee know by filling out a request!

Parents Association

Nowhere is the St. John's spirit more evident than with our Parents Association. The school has one of the best, most active and vibrant parent communities around. Each year, members of this talented and hardworking group gives generously of their time, supporting programs central to its mission -- student enrichment, professional development, financial aid, community building and outreach.

From teacher-appreciation and family social events, to Carnival, Book Fair and the Auction, the results touch virtually every aspect of St. John's -- and the community around us. The friendships and fun that happen along the way make this wonderful parent community the special group it is.

Community Building
Engaged parents. Exceptional faculty. Inspiring clergy. And wonderful kids. These are the members of the St. John's community, and all share the common goal of elevating the educational experience to its highest potential. The PA supports the St. John's community by mentoring new families, hosting fun, all-family events like the annual Carnival, and assisting teachers and staff.

Fundraising
Since its inception, the PA has contributed more than $2.5 million to the school. Various initiatives like Uniform Resale, Book Fair, Raffle, Carnival, Box Tops collections, grocery card memberships and AmazonSmile continue to help build the school's endowment, provide scholarships, further develop our professional staff and create more student enrichment opportunities. Volunteer Support
There is no better way to become a part of the St. John's community than to get personally involved! The PA's volunteer initiatives reach beyond events and fundraising efforts to encompass a wide range of daily activities. It's how the parents of St. John's make a daily difference in the lives of students and faculty, alike. To get involved, please contact any of the council members or PA President Becky Clarke.
