Board of Trustees

The governing body of St. John’s Episcopal School is the Board of Trustees. The school by-laws establish the Board as responsible for managing the activities and affairs of the school. The Board sets the school’s major policies, ensures those policies are upheld, and hires and evaluates the Head of School. The Board also ensures the School has sufficient resources to carry out its mission by establishing an annual budget and creating strategic plans, which provide a blueprint for the Board’s short- and long-term activities.
